On her twenty-fifth wedding anniversary, we pulled out mom's wedding dress and with a little prompting had her try it on. She can't say that it really still fit her (we won't tell how big a gap there was in the back) but we were still able to get this picture taken that comemorates that day long ago when she first wore the dress. 

Christianna very lovingly put together a gift for mom and dad by framing a picture of a sea shell with an overlay of a poem that dad had written many years ago called Seashells into Sand. 

 

For their anniversary gift from us kids, we got them tickets to the Detroit Symphony Orchestra.
